Grinding Robot

  This robot is applicable to the grinding of surface rust and weld during the building and maintenance of steel structures like ships and tanks. The robot can enter the tank through a 600mm manhole, and it has a variety of replaceable grinding frontends of different types and widths to meet the needs of weld grinding, surface rust removal, roughening and cleaning of inner and outer surfaces. The robot supports constant force grinding control, automatic weld tracking, operation planning with set time and distance, and automatic operation offline management to achieve safe anticorrosion operations.
